Design Optimization
Swagelok Design and Assembly Services can work with you to fabricate custom assemblies that meet the unique needs of your application – from idea to finished product. Whether you have a preliminary drawing or just the glimmer of an idea, it's not too early to consult with our fluid system experts. Throughout the entire process, we can provide the detailed support you need.
Assembly and Fabrication
Assemblies can range from simple (two fittings put together) to more complex solutions (panels and enclosures). We can also build assemblies including third-party components. You specify the components and we source and integrate them for you.
Quality Assurance, Testing & Delivery
We will provide a CAD Drawing of your assembly, a technical quotation, firm pricing, project timeline, and delivery information. We can also create a drawing from an existing P&ID. Your assembly will go through a thorough quality inspection and final testing before it’s delivered to you. Snoop®, pressure decay, hydrostatic, helium leak testing, and functional testing available. We are backed by the Swagelok Quality System (SQS) and we are compliant with ISO 9001.
