Q: When is your facility open?

A: We are open Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM in Massachusetts, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM in New Hampshire and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM in Rhode Island.

Q: Do I need an account to order parts from you?
A: You do not need to have an account to order from us, but having an account makes the process flow much faster. Please see the How to Set Up an Account  page to get started.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount that you require?
A: We do not currently have a minimum order required for any customers.

Q:Do you take walk-in customers?
A: Of course, we recommend that you contact us in advance to make sure the parts you are looking for are in stock.

Q: What type of certifications do you provide?
A: We offer the following types of certifications: certificate of compliance, cure date certification, standard traceable certifications of compliance, nuclear certifications of compliance, and more. Please call for pricing on certifications and availability.

Q: Where can I find a safety data sheet for SNOOP?

A: Follow this link, click the "Continue to Swagelok" button that pops up and the download should begin immediately. You can always search "MSDS-SNOOP" in our search bar at the top of the webpage.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our Return Policy at Swagelok Cambridge is as follows: Standard Items with a good prior volume sales history and in originally sealed packaging may be returned for credit less a 20% restocking charge. Orders for non-standard items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. All claims and shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
